Services

DeepSenz offers a self-install kit, remote installation services, and optional ongoing Care for a personal agent on supported customer-owned hardware. The agentic harness is a pinned stable release of the open-source Hermes Agent project under its MIT License; DeepSenz does not sell a proprietary replacement harness. Your selected tier and agreed scope define the installation, hardening, configuration, and support included. Other components and models remain under their own licenses.

Your hardware and accounts

You own and maintain your Mac, iPhone, internet connection, backups, and provider accounts. You control credentials and approve access. Your Mac must be powered on, available, and connected for remote use; some restarts require a local unlock.

Approval gates

The intended setup asks for approval before sending, posting, purchasing, or deleting. Review proposed actions before approving them. An agent can make mistakes; verify outputs and keep independent backups.

Care and cancellation

Care is optional. Cancelling Care stops future Care service and billing according to the cancellation terms confirmed at purchase. You keep your installed agent and memory. Provider usage is billed separately to your own account.

Refunds — to be confirmed

Refund eligibility, time windows, cancellation mechanics, and treatment of completed installation work are pending legal review. These terms must be filled in before payment links are enabled. Nothing here removes rights that apply under consumer law.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully, respect other people's privacy, and do not use it for unauthorized access, abuse, or harmful automated activity. Do not rely on it for emergency assistance or regulated professional decisions.

Limits and responsibility

No uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or particular outcome is guaranteed. A lawful limitation of liability, any financial cap, and exceptions for mandatory rights require legal review; this draft does not set them.

Before purchase

Seller identity, applicable taxes, governing law, support response expectations, and final refund terms must be confirmed before launch. Ask about the service →
