What our servers store

Service records may include your name, email, purchases, install IDs, booking times, optional health metadata, and support tickets. We use these to arrange installation, deliver purchased services, and respond to support requests. The current website contact form sends your submitted details to our contact service.

What we never store

We do not collect agent prompts, conversations, memory, files, model API keys, or network keys as service records. Keep those on your own devices. Do not paste private agent data or credentials into the contact form or a support ticket.

Optional heartbeat

A future opt-in health report is limited to these five fields:

• App version
• Uptime
• Free disk
• Last backup time
• Error count

This static website does not send a heartbeat. Any future health reporting requires a separate opt-in and an explanation of how it is linked to your install.

Your chosen providers

Approved cloud models and optional messaging channels may process the information you route through them under their own policies. Payment and booking providers handle the details you submit on their services. Local-first does not mean every optional service is offline.

Open-source software

The Personal Agent harness is the open-source Hermes Agent project under the MIT License. Open source makes the harness inspectable; it does not change the privacy terms of optional cloud models, messaging channels, or other services you choose to connect.

Your browser

The site may use local or session storage to remember non-essential interface choices. Readiness answers stay in the page and are not sent or persisted. Videos load from the video provider only when you press play. Speech navigation requests local recognition only, with no cloud fallback.

Access, retention, and questions

Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of service records. Retention periods, seller identity, legal bases, and jurisdiction-specific rights are pending legal review before sales launch. Start a conversation →
