Optional life-memory vault
Remember a life, not just a chat.
Deep Recall is being built as a separate, locked-by-default evidence vault for the photos, documents and journeys you choose. A planned approval path will let you promote selected evidence into MemSenz memory without opening the raw vault to your agent. It is not included in the standard Personal Agent install.

Before we begin
Is the agentic harness open source?
Yes. The core harness is a standard, traceable Hermes Agent release under the MIT License. DeepSenz follows Hermes upstream, pins a tested stable version, and does not substitute a proprietary agent runtime.
Do I need to be technical?
You should be comfortable installing a Mac app and signing into your own accounts. For a remote install, we guide you through setup and permissions; you keep control of your credentials.
What does it cost to run each month?
Model usage is billed to your own provider account; local tasks cost nothing extra in model API fees. Your hardware, electricity, internet, and any chosen third-party subscriptions remain your responsibility. Care is optional.
What if something breaks?
Your install includes the support period shown on the pricing page. An optional Care plan covers ongoing updates, monitoring, backups, and security patches. Contact us to agree the next step; no continuous-availability guarantee is implied.
Can I cancel Care and keep my agent?
Yes. Cancelling Care ends future Care service, not your access to the installed agent or your memory. Third-party software remains subject to its own license.
Do you support Windows?
Not yet. This offering is for Apple silicon Macs and iPhone. We confirm your specific configuration on the call.

DeepSenz sets up the Personal Agent on your Mac. SkillSenz.ai mirrors the catalog for agents with a discovery manifest and keeps OIP as a technical reference.
Experience Capsules (CAPs) are the planned “Skills on steroids”: a standard skill plus richer persona, dated knowledge, and experience patterns. CAP purchases and automatic agent acquisition are not live. You approve any installation and permissions.
